By using BuildFlow by Ololapopo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What the platform does
- BuildFlow by Ololapopo is the intake, coordination and delivery platform of Ololapopo & Company. Through it you may submit a construction project enquiry, request a consultation with a construction professional, purchase a house plan, request a materials quotation, or request skilled workforce.
- Submitting a request creates a record and a reference. It does not by itself create a contract for works, goods or services.
Acceptance and authority
- Ololapopo & Company retains final authority over acceptance of work, pricing, assignment of professionals and merchants, scheduling and scope.
- Where you name a preferred provider, that is a request. Appointment remains subject to availability, suitability and our final confirmation.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and lawful information, and keep your account credentials confidential.
- Accounts are individual. Shared logins are not permitted.
- Do not attempt to access records, documents or accounts that do not belong to you.
Fees and payment
- Fees are those stated at the time of the request or in the quotation, proposal or order confirmation issued to you.
- Where payment confirmation is manual, an order remains in a pending state until we verify the payment. A pending state is not proof of payment.
Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Otherwise, our liability in relation to any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Changes and governing law
- We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
